Pre-New Year Party
It’s That Time of Year Again!
All International Faculty members, theirs colleagues, friends, and family members are cordially invited!
Date and time: December 18th at 6 PM
Venue: Pokrovsky Boulevard 11, Professor’s Club
The party will feature snacks and drinks, funny contests and lottery, lots of pleasant talks and marvelous merrymaking!
This time for making the party even more delightful, the guests are invited to share the way of celebrating New Year / Christmas in their countries (or the country they lived before Russia)! All forms are welcome:
- Show some slides (pictures, videos of traditional activities)
- Congratulate people in the language
- Tell a story about the holiday
- Show or teach a New Year / Christmas song or dance
- Share traditional New Year snacks or dish
- Provide a workshop in special New Year handicraft, etc.
