Department Head, Associate Professor
The Department of Educational Programs was founded in 2014 on the basis of the Institute for Statistical Studies and Economics of Knowledge at the Higher School of Economics in order to implement an English-language Master’s program, Governance of Science, Technology and Innovation, and prepare a new generation of managerial staff with systematic and relevant knowledge for effective work at various levels including corporate, regional, and international.
The faculty members include both Russian and foreign experts who have earned recognition in the academic and business community due to many years of experience in conducting interdisciplinary research in the field of the statistics of science, technology, innovation, digital economy, and long-term forecasting (foresight), as well as many years of providing expert analytical and consultative support for federal and regional government departments, development institutions, large companies, and international organizations.
