Important Information

Pursuant to Federal Law No. 115-FZ, dated July 25, 2002 (as amended on April 24, 2020), HQS family members and family members of foreign citizens with residence permit and a temporary residence permit have a right to engage in work activities in the Russian Federation, provided that they have been granted a work permit as per the aforementioned law, as well as study at Russian educational organizations and engage in any other activities permitted by Russian legislation, for as long as the work permit issued to the HQS staff member is valid. Furthermore, if family members of foreign citizens have been granted a residence permit or a temporary residence permit, then they have a right to engage in work activities in the Russian Federation witout obtaining a work permit.
