Marco talks about his scientific interests, his background in Italy and his first impressions of Moscow and CDM-Centre. Marco is a graduate student at University of Padua (Italy), specializing in psychology psychobiology and cognitive science.

New law professor shares impressions on life at HSE

Assistant Professor Lorenzo Sasso, who began working at HSE’s Faculty of Law in September 2014, shared his impressions of life in Moscow and discussed his plans for the new academic year. Professor Sasso holds a PhD from the London School of Economics and Political Science, and his research interests include corporate and financial law, as well as commercial law and financial regulation and supervision.

Critical Thinking is Key

Christopher Gerry, the Academic Supervisor of the Department of Humanitarian and Social Sciences, has worked at the Higher School of Economics’ St. Petersburg campus since September 2014. Professor Gerry previously taught at University College London, where he conducted research on the economics of healthcare. More specifically, Professor Gerry studied how the economic situation affects a population’s health and the reforms BRICS countries carry out in this sphere.

A Trip to Europe’s Highest Point
